11/45:		Plessey disk still awaiting installation - ROB.

DCA scanner:	Still need more replacement chips - ROY

Ampex Discs:	Drive F still broken.  Cards on order - ROB

KL10:		Revision 10 still needed, though RPG has modified MACLSP to get
		around it.

Datamedias:	Remainder of new ones should be shipped early the week of Oct. 9
		- ROB.

Foonly C1:	Still waiting for DWP to replace power supply - ME.

TI 990:		Two more processors received 2 weeks ago - LES.

PARC equipment:	5 Altos due Oct. 8, Dover & file server due Oct. 19, 11 more Altos
		due Dec. 3 - REG.

GE cameras:	Overdue - TOB.

Puma arms:	To be delivered 1 in Nov. 1 in Dec. - TOB.

Grinnell graphics system:  Order partly placed; rest awaits ARPA approval - TOB.

New display system: We are looking into alternative ways of providing display
		service to the denizens of Jacks Hall.  Specs call for graphics
		capability a la Data Disc, possibly with higher resolution - LES.

				PROGRAMS

WAITS:		September availability 96%.
		BRK-F now toggles the case of type-in, i.e. makes the SHIFT key
		work backwards.   Extended display service now works - ME.

				MOVE

Computer room:	Power-down of SAIL computer in preparation for the move to Jacks
		Hall now scheduled for 9am Monday, Oct. 29.  Actual move of the
		computer will probably begin Wednesday of that week - LES.

KBD serializer:	PC card artwork ready, PCs about to be ordered - ROB.
		Wall power supplies not ordered yet -- P.O. found in obscure
		office - ROB.

Cost center:	Deferred till 1 Nov. - LES.

				PARTY

End of the World:  The Last End-of-the-world Party will be Sunday evening,
Oct. 28.
		Refreshments and munches will be served.  Bring your own bits.
